Ultracut Solution respects the privacy of visitors to its website. This Privacy Policy explains which personal data we collect through the website www.ultracutsolution.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what rights you have in relation to it.

The website is primarily informational. We do not sell products through the website, we do not maintain user accounts, and we do not use analytics, advertising or visitor tracking tools.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect the data you provide yourself:

your name;
your e-mail address;
your telephone number, if you enter it — that field is not mandatory;
the content of the message you send us.

In addition, the server on which the website is hosted automatically records technical data about access: IP address, date and time of access, browser type and the page that was opened. These records are kept by the hosting provider for the correct operation and security of the website; we do not use them to identify visitors or to track their behavior.

We do not collect any other personal data. The website has no user registration, user accounts, comments, online shop or payment, and it does not use analytics or advertising tools.

3. Why we collect it and on what legal basis

We process the data from the contact form solely in order to reply to your enquiry and, should it come to that, to arrange business cooperation. The legal basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, that is, our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry addressed to us.

We process the technical server records for the security, stability and correct operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website running properly and protected from misuse.

We do not use your data for sending advertising messages, for profiling, or for automated decision-making.

4. How long we keep it

Messages from the contact form are not stored on the website itself. They are forwarded by e-mail to sales@ultracutsolution.com and kept in our mailbox for one month, after which they are deleted. If business cooperation arises from your enquiry, the correspondence may be kept longer, within the periods that regulations prescribe for the retention of business documentation.

The technical server records are kept by the hosting provider. Those records are deleted automatically at short intervals, as a rule daily or weekly, in line with the server settings.

Once the retention period expires, the data is deleted or permanently anonymized.

5. Who else may come into contact with your data

We do not sell your data and do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes. In the course of providing services to us, it may be accessed by:

the hosting and e-mail provider — UNITED INTERNET DOO, Republic of Serbia, trading as UNLIMITED.RS. Its servers hold both the website itself and the mailbox that receives messages from the contact form;
employees and associates of Ultracut Solution responsible for communication with customers, and only to the extent necessary to answer your enquiry.

The servers are located in the Republic of Serbia, so your data is not transferred to other countries.

Data may also be provided to the competent state authorities where we are required to do so by law.

6. Embedded video content

On the pages of certain products we show video clips loaded from YouTube. The video is embedded through the youtube-nocookie.com domain, which means that YouTube does not place cookies on your device until you start the video yourself. Once you start it, Google’s privacy rules apply to you.

Apart from that video, the website does not load fonts, scripts or any other files from third-party servers — everything else is served from our own server.

Ultracut Solution does not manage the YouTube service and is not responsible for the way it processes data.

7. Cookies

The website uses a single cookie:

pll_language — remembers whether you chose the Serbian or the English version of the website, so that your next visit opens in the language you selected. It lasts 365 days.

That cookie is necessary in order to provide a service you requested yourself — the choice of language — and is not used for tracking. We do not use cookies for analytics, advertising or profiling, which is why no consent banner is shown to you.

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you delete this cookie, the website will still work, but it will not remember the language you selected.

8. Your rights

In relation to the personal data we process, you have the right to:

request access to the data and information on how it is processed;
request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
request erasure of the data;
request restriction of processing;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
request data portability, where applicable.

If you believe that your rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational data protection measures, including an encrypted connection to the website and restricted access to the mailbox that receives your enquiries. No transfer of data over the internet can be absolutely secure, so we cannot guarantee complete security.

10. Changes to this policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if we add a new feature or service to the website. The valid version is always published on this page, together with the stated date of the last update.
